Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Director of Advanced Analytics to lead enterprise BI strategy, data warehousing, and analytics programs. You will design and deploy data solutions, mentor cross-functional teams, and drive self-service analytics adoption across BUs and Regions.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, build dashboards and data pipelines, and elevate data quality while guiding policy and process improvements with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience or Master's with 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in architecting, developing and deploying BI, analytics and reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, big data analysis, and analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Python).
• Experience leading large data projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify new and innovative tools to improve analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities with significant financial impact; design, develop and lead implementations of solutions. Guide cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and influence policy and process changes.
• Perform complex data analysis and develop data-driven insights to improve processes and data quality; drive adoption of self-service analytics.
