Job summary

Montefiore is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Analytics leader to guide BI strategy, oversee dashboards and analytic solutions, and manage BI platforms across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

The role requires deep healthcare BI experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making across the health system, partnering with executives and departments to deliver high-value insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in modern self-service reporting and dashboards within a health system or large healthcare organization.
• Deep expertise across the BI development lifecycle: requirements, data modeling, semantic layer design, testing, production support.
• Strong proficiency with SAP Business Objects, Power BI, and related BI tools.
• Experience in developing BI solutions using SDKs and tools like React.js.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable self-service reporting and dashboards across clinical and operational areas.
• Define modern enterprise analytics strategy aligned with health system priorities.
• Establish governance and KPI standardization for reporting and analytics.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, developers, and data specialists.
• Drive adoption of data-driven solutions and promote self-service analytics culture.
