Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of analytics, BI, or data leadership experience; Managed Care/Healthcare experience required
• 5 years leading reporting, analytics, or BI teams
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern analytics ecosystems including cloud data platforms

Aufgaben

• Lead regulatory reporting with HHSC, TDI, CMS and other bodies to ensure timely, accurate submissions and automate where possible.
• Provide medical economics analysis by evaluating cost and utilization trends and delivering actionable insights across clinical, operational, and financial areas.
• Lead and enhance the Reporting & Analytics COE with governance, operating models, and performance tracking; translate needs into reporting solutions.
• Develop a high-performing BI & Analytics organization by structuring cross-functional teams and coaching talent.
• Oversee enterprise BI and analytics functions by governing report inventory, standardizing KPI definitions, and modernizing analytics platforms.
• Drive enterprise adoption of standardized analytics practices through disciplined intake, prioritization, and documentation.
