Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Business Intelligence Architect to drive BI solutions, data pipelines, and analytics aligned with our data-driven value proposition.

You will partner with executives, engineers, and business customers to translate complex needs into scalable data and reporting outputs. The role requires strong expertise in data architecture, ETL, SQL, and scripting within HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree; 8+ years related experience with data/BI leadership.
• Knowledge of data architecture, ETL, and data management.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant health data handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and support of BI solutions including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex data and performance issues; ensure timely, effective outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members; participate in design reviews.
