Mondo is seeking a Sr. Director, Business Advisory Services - BFSI to lead the BFSI advisory capability remotely in the United States.

You will define the vision, growth strategy, priority markets, and annual plan for BFSI advisory services, and advise C-suite on growth, efficiency, and modernization priorities through executive engagements. Drive qualified pipeline, bookings, revenue, and account expansion by partnering with industry and practice leaders, and recruit, coach, and develop BFSI

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in management consulting or related leadership role.
• Extensive BFSI banking, capital markets, payments, wealth/asset management, or insurance experience.
• Proven track record selling and expanding engagements with C-suite.
• Experience connecting business strategy with operating models, data, AI, cloud, and tech transformation.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence across a matrixed org.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
