Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to lead the implementation and coordination of clinical training across all programs in Southern California. You will ensure the clinical workforce delivers high-quality, client-centered, trauma-informed care and stay aligned with evidence-based practices.

You will develop training content, supervise staff, and collaborate with leadership to meet regulatory and funding requirements while supporting professional growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current California clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD/PhD).
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or training capacity.
• Experience developing and facilitating effective clinical trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assesses training needs and identifies gaps to target interventions.
• Develops engaging clinical and leadership training content reflecting mission and trauma-informed care.
• Schedules and delivers in-person and online trainings across programs.
• Updates training materials reflecting clinical developments and best practices.
• Leads Calm Every Storm trainings in Southern CA.
