Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Business Development for CMC Services. This full-time role is remote with preference for the Boston area, reporting to the Director of Scientific Strategy & Business Development.

Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end BD process, growing the client base, and achieving sales targets. You should have a BS degree or higher in life sciences and 3–8 years of related experience in pharmaceutical CDMO settings, plus strong

Qualifications

BS degree or above, life science preferred.
3-8 years’ experience in commercial sales or technical areas in formulation development, analytical testing, or manufacturing in a Pharmaceutical CDMO.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Promote Frontage CMC services within a differentiated framework.
Manage the full business development process from lead generation to contract closure.
Achieve sales targets through a strategic approach to profitable opportunities.
Negotiate contracts with key decision makers and respond to RFIs/RFPs and bids.
Develop competitive strategies using market analysis and intelligence.
Cultivate new clients and expand the sales pipeline.
