Intellum, Inc. is seeking a senior content and audience strategist to lead our organic growth for a global, remote-first team. You will own the content lifecycle from website copy to social, drive SEO/AI-driven discovery, and mentor cross-functional teams across U.S. time zones.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in B2B or media, strong editorial judgment, and a track record of building engaged communities and owned audiences. Remote-first with global teams and annual events."

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years building audiences in B2B or media environments.
• 3+ years owning content and audience strategy at senior IC or director level.
• Proven ability to launch and grow owned audiences or communities.
• Demonstrated proficiency with multiple content formats, including video.
• Strong understanding of organic discovery and AI-driven answer engines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted audience strategies across buyer segments and lifecycle stages.
• Own content strategy and produce core content (website copy, blog posts, email nurture, social).
• Expand owned audiences and engage buyer communities.
• Direct social media strategy and cultivate executive voices.
• Lead video content strategy and manage external contractors.
• Design a research/POV program for third-party citations and sales enablement.
• Manage web content strategy to improve organic discovery and authority.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing to drive pipeline.
