The Senior Director will work closely with Asset-Based Finance leadership to support the management and continued growth of the ABF platform. The role will sit at the intersection of investment management, transaction execution, portfolio management and client engagement. The individual will operate across both the investment and business-management sides of an ABF platform, having strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
This position follows a hybrid work model, with working 3 days in the Newark, NJ office and 2 days remote.
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $200,000 to $215,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This role is also eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
