Job summary

PGIM is seeking a Senior Director to lead cross-functional efforts supporting the Asset-Based Finance platform. The role blends investment management, transaction execution, portfolio management and client engagement across portfolios, with a 3-day in Newark, NJ and 2 days remote.

The candidate will manage capital allocation, portfolio construction, and trade bookings while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate settlements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in portfolio management support, structured products, private credit, asset-based finance, or fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Support ABF platform in capital allocation and portfolio construction.
• Coordinate trade bookings and ensure accurate bookings across portfolios/accounts.
• Support transaction execution from investment approval through closing and funding.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on workflows and reporting.
• Engage with client discussions on capital allocations and ABF mandates.
