Salesforce seeks a Senior Analytics Pre-Sales Leader to drive the overarching pre-sales strategy for Analytics in the Commercial and Enterprise TMT segments. You will manage front-line Solution Engineering Directors, shaping structure and driving the strategic vision for Tableau and CRM Analytics.

You will partner with SVPs/EVPs of Sales to create macro-level growth plans and align Analytics offerings with customer goals, while scaling enablement programs across national or global territories.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with 10+ years in strategy, pre-sales, or management consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Technology, Media and Telecom domains and related data challenges.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, BI, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation at scale and guide pre-sales strategy across Commercial and Enterprise TMT.
• Mentor a team of front-line Solution Engineering Managers/Directors.
• Evolve capabilities to meet AI, data, and TMT market trends.
• Partner with SVPs/EVPs to develop macro-growth plans.
• Align Analytics and Data Cloud offerings with complex customer goals.
• Represent Salesforce at executive levels with industry stakeholders.
• Scale programs to boost pre-sales productivity and cross-functional collaboration.
