- Experience delivering analytics portfolios with measurable outcomes.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with complex analytics, solution design, validation, and executive reporting.
- Experience with large, complex data sources and partnering with technology/data teams.
- Preferred healthcare or regulated industry experience.
- Experience with workflow automation, data quality, or analytics engineering.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and enterprise data governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy and scalable capabilities.
- Develop and mentor analytics professionals and ensure delivery.
- Partner with leaders across functions to translate needs into solutions.
- Oversee data products, governance, and solution quality.
- Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and insights to drive decisions.
