Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Director of Analytics and Engineering to lead and coordinate analytics, engineering and statistics resources across multiple client and unit projects.

This role emphasizes designing, directing, and executing high-impact reporting initiatives for revenue cycle operations. The candidate will prioritize objectives, provide development feedback, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with executives and operations leaders to optimize performance and cost

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS or 10+ years related experience.
• 5–7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Extensive experience with Revenue Cycle Engineering or Analytics at a Director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee special project reporting for various business units and pre-integration client reporting for new emerging clients.
• Coordinate Analytics team analysts on projects by providing guidance and direction for reporting projects; take on complex tasks as lead.
• Maintain a high level understanding of Accounting/GL practices as they relate to hospital revenue cycle metrics.
• Collaborate with senior executives to meet client needs in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• Oversee Engineering team members; ensure projects align with corporate strategies.
• Create Analytics/Engineering strategies, monitor progress, align staff and budgets.
