Job summary

Vizient seeks a senior leader to direct the end-to-end data and analytics function, including governance, platforms, and delivery of insights for the 340B Prime Vendor Program and HRSA contracts. You will guide engineers and analysts to ensure data is trusted, secure, and actionable to accelerate decisions.

You will partner with senior IT leadership to align initiatives, manage backlogs, and drive an analytics vision across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data management, data engineering, technology, or BI leadership.
• 340B, pharmacy, manufacturer or wholesaler experience preferred.
• Strong technical foundation in data analytics, BI, distributed systems and cloud architecture.
• Experience managing enterprise data assets in healthcare.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, ADF, Databricks and strategy preferred.
• Experience writing queries in SQL Server or Oracle.

• Lead a high performing analytics team to deliver data-driven insights and actions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and governance of the BI team.
• Attract, develop and retain skilled analytics professionals.
• Advise leadership on strategic questions using analytics resources.
• Define processes governing analytics empowerment across business units.
• Maintain data integrity, optimize staff operations, and support process improvements.
• Provide exceptional service to stakeholders regarding technology questions.
• Collaborate to develop analytics vision, roadmap, and drive execution.
