Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head Analytics Operations for Clinical & Operations Intelligence within Integrated Insights Delivery.

You will oversee cross-functional analytics across clinical, operational, ambulatory, physician, and continuum-of-care domains, build and mentor a high-performing team, and translate complex data into actionable insights for proactive client delivery and measurable value.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams and developing analytics talent.
Strong knowledge of clinical and operational analytics within healthcare.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for client delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics operations for Clinical & Operations Intelligence across domains.
Manage analytics staff delivering clinical and operational insights.
Partner with data and delivery teams to align standards with needs.
Align analytics with priorities and client narratives across domains.
Monitor quality and performance to improve analytics delivery.
Collaborate with client impact teams to incorporate analysis into deliverables.
Support client value, retention, ROI, and measurable performance gains.
Prioritize, allocate resources, and plan capacity with leadership.
