Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior data analytics professional to support the 340B sourcing finance team. You will analyze purchasing data, identify contraction opportunities, and help inform internal strategies for contracts and value propositions within the Prime Vendor Program.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on 340B data and drive insights across stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool experience, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and clear data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in pharma/healthcare analytics preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel required.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or similar tools is a plus.
• Python or R skills are a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of data sets to generate insights for contract optimization.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, benchmarks and opportunities.
• Perform quantitative analysis using statistical methods and data tools.
• Query databases and translate data into clear business stories.
• Create dashboards, reports and KPI tracking resources.
• Support team goals tracking and cross-functional projects with data analytics.
