Job summary

Vizient is seeking a senior analytics leader to head the end-to-end data and analytics function, driving governance, platforms, and delivery of insights for the 340B Prime Vendor Program and HRSA contract requirements. You will lead software engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure data is trusted and accessible for fast, high-quality decisions.

You will partner with executive leaders to align on technology initiatives and run business operations, while leveraging Azure-based data platforms

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data management, data engineering, technology, or BI with leadership experience.
• 340B, pharmacy, manufacturer or wholesaler experience preferred.
• Strong technical foundation in data analytics, BI, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Experience applying agile methodologies in complex, high-availability environments.
• Experience leading and coaching technology teams.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing analytics team to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and oversight of the BI team.
• Attract, develop, and retain skilled team members.
• Advise leadership on strategic analytics questions with data-driven inputs.
• Define governance and processes for analytics empowerment across units.
• Maintain data integrity and optimize data operations and staff workloads.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across analytics functions.
• Provide excellent service to stakeholders regarding technology questions.
• Develop analytics vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with IT leadership.
• Participate in IT project governance and backlog prioritization.
• Keep up-to-date with development tools and recommend adoption to senior leadership.
