Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Action oriented with initiative and problem-solving abilities, plus independent thinking.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal staff, partners, and healthcare entities.
• Assist with campaign-related and customer-facing interactions.
• Provide product/service information by researching databases and ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations per guidelines; communicate outcomes to audiences.
• Identify data sources and apply understanding of business drivers to analyses.
• Define dashboard/report requirements for information sharing with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for PVP membership processes.
• Identify topics, organize content and facilitate PVP membership training.
• Support 340B University live events and trade shows as needed.
