Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive high-impact, integrated analytics initiatives for Vizient and its clients.

You will leverage Vizient PA, the Vizient CDB, and other data assets to synthesize clinical, supply, operational, and financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include mentoring the Advanced Analytics team, presenting findings to leadership, guiding stakeholders in data-driven strategies, and ensuring governance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher.
• 7+ years of relevant analytics experience.
• Experience integrating insights across multiple analytics tools and data sets.
• Proven healthcare analytics experience with clinical and supply data.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced, customized analyses leveraging PA and CDB across clinical, supply, operational, and financial data.
• Translate multi-source data into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Serve as SME in clinical and supply analytics, guiding design, benchmarking and interpretation.
• Conduct complex analyses under limited supervision to identify strategic insights.
• Present findings to leadership and advise stakeholders on data-driven strategies.
• Oversee analytic projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor analysts and provide technical review to ensure deliverables.
