Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst in its Assurance Practice to lead internal audit insights and client engagements. You will guide research, write best practices, and present at conferences while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating across Gartner’s Assurance Practice.

You will interact with Chief Audit Executives and play a key role in developing strategies and content that shape Gartner's audit guidance and client advisory services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of the internal audit leader (Chief Audit Executive) role.
• Understanding of the Audit function and adjacent functions (Compliance, Legal & Risk).
• Experience with quality assurance, process improvement, and training for audit staff.
• Executive presence and credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellence in research and writing abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
• Subject matter expertise; comfortable speaking at various engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen; knowledge of market landscape.

• Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or in-person interactions.
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales as market voice to drive engagement.
• Provide high-quality and timely content peer review.
• Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the Insights community.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Be client-centric, promoting regular engagement with Gartner insights.
