Job summary

Gates Corporation in Denver, CO, is hiring a Senior Director, SIOP - Americas, to lead the Americas demand, supply, and inventory planning processes. You will align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics to enable profitable growth and optimized working capital.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain leadership and 7+ years in SIOP/IBP, with strong analytical and ERP/planning system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading demand planning, supply planning, SIOP/O, materials management, or integrated business planning functions.
• Experience in complex global manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and executive-level decision processes.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Americas SIOP process.
• Lead monthly executive SIOP reviews and consensus planning meetings.
• Establish governance, standard work, metrics, and decision-making processes across the region.
• Drive alignment between strategic plans, annual operating plans, and execution activities.
• Identify business risks and opportunities and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Champion region-wide SIOP process and system projection, in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Lead the SIOP transformation, including redesign of planning processes and operating models.
• Lead external advisory and implementation partners with knowledge transfer.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps to advance planning maturity and cross-functional integration.
• Champion deployment of modern planning systems and analytics to support growth.
