Job summary

Gates Corporation in Denver is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for our Mobility business unit. You will own the rolling 18-month demand forecast across products, customers, and markets, partnering with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Planning to deliver a consensus demand plan.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with large datasets, and expertise in Excel and Power BI to drive forecasting accuracy, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of forecast accuracy, seasonality, trend analysis.
• Experience in SIOP/IBP or integrated planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling 18-month demand forecast for assigned products and markets.
• Lead monthly demand planning cycle and support SIOP.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and root causes.
• Analyze demand shifts and inventory risks.
• Support new product introductions and phase-outs.
• Improve planning through data analytics and automation.
