Job summary

CellCore Biosciences is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Amazon & E-Commerce to lead the commercial strategy across Amazon and digital marketplaces for our premium healthcare practitioner brands. This leadership role partners with Brand Marketing, HCP Sales, Media, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth while protecting brand equity and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in e‑commerce leadership, deep Amazon expertise, and a proven ability to scale marketplaces

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive e-commerce leadership with multi-million scale Amazon storefronts.
• Strong experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, consumer health, or functional wellness space.
• Mastery of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, FBA logistics, Brand Registry 2.0.
• Technical command of media algorithms, Amazon PPC/DSP, keyword indexing kinetics, and dietary supplement testing/COA compliance.
• Experience managing marketplace channels within a multi-channel enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy, P&L, and revenue targets for Amazon and online marketplaces.
• Oversee catalog management, buy-box, inventory forecasting, logistics, and vendor admin.
• Lead Amazon Advertising strategy to drive profitable customer acquisition and ROAS.
• Implement brand protection to eliminate 3P gray-market sellers and MAP violations.
• Provide executive reporting on KPIs, unit economics, and CLV trends.
