Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a strategic technology executive to lead the Alternatives & Private Markets Middle Office Technology organization. You will define the technology strategy, delivery roadmap, and modernization agenda while partnering with business and risk leaders to accelerate platform modernization and enhance scalability and resiliency.

You will own end-to-end technology delivery, production stability, talent development, and financial management for the Middle Office domain,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in financial services.
• Deep experience in Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Alternative Investments, Private Markets, or Capital Markets.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale technology transformations and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term technology strategy for Middle Office platforms.
• Own end-to-end technology delivery including development, release, and production support.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, and architecture simplification across the platform ecosystem.
• Lead global teams and manage technology budgets and governance.
