Job summary
State Street Corporation is seeking a strategic technology executive to lead the Alternatives & Private Markets Middle Office Technology organization. This Managing Director will define and execute technology strategy, delivery roadmap, modernization, and production stability across Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets and other products.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in financial services.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and modernization programs.
- Proven ability to manage global teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering, cloud technologies, and operational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term technology strategy for the Middle Office platform ecosystem.
- Own end-to-end technology delivery across Middle Office platforms, including development, QA, releases, and production support.
- Drive modernization, cloud adoption, architecture simplification, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Lead and govern large, multi-national teams with a focus on delivery excellence and risk reduction.
