Job summary

State Street seeks a strategic technology executive to lead Alpha Technology Implementations, Interfaces and Platform Readiness, defining vision, standards, and operating models to scale deployments globally.

You will align product, engineering, operations, and client delivery to improve scalability, reduce risk, and drive faster onboarding with stronger platform economics across client programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related tech discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of technology delivery and implementation leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading global teams and modernizing delivery models.
• Experience with Investment servicing, SaaS, data, or platform implementation ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and operating model for Alpha implementations across technology.
• Drive standardization of interfaces, environment readiness, and governance across delivery and readiness.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Product and senior client leaders to align platform strategy with commercial goals.
• Lead transformation toward an industrialized, automated, globally scalable delivery model.
• Mentor senior leaders while building a high-performing, globally distributed organization.
