Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale technology organizations.
• Deep experience within Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Private Markets, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record delivering technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, architecture, cloud technologies, platform modernization, and operational resilience.
• Experience supporting investment operations and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term technology strategy for Middle Office platform ecosystem.
• Drive platform modernization, cloud adoption, and architecture simplification.
• Lead end-to-end technology delivery including development, testing, release, and production support.
• Establish governance, metrics, and standards across distributed teams.
• Drive risk reduction, cybersecurity remediation, and regulatory compliance embedding.
• Partner with business and leadership to align technology with business outcomes.
