Qualifications

• 6+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in health or regulated environments.
• 4+ years supporting technology, AI-enabled, or transformation initiatives with stakeholder adoption.
• 2+ years across health system settings such as health plans, clinics, or IT/digital health.
• 3+ years building program infrastructure (charters, governance, PMO-like routines).
• Foundational AI literacy; familiarity with AI governance and lifecycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI program operating model with governance, workflows, tools, and reporting.
• Coordinate with AI dyad leadership to align priorities and drive execution across teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, prepare decision materials, and track action items.
• Manage AI portfolio lifecycle from intake to benefits realization and executive reporting.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept to adoption with measurable outcomes and change management.
• Translate responsible AI principles into practical practices—privacy, security, bias mitigation.
• Develop executive-ready materials: charters, status reports, policy briefs, vendor summaries.
• Engage diverse stakeholders across the system to build trust and alignment.
• Coordinate vendor/external partner demonstrations, evaluations, and communications.
• Champion AI adoption by enabling teams to integrate capabilities with impact.
