The role sits in the Office of the CTO and bridges software engineering, product operations, enterprise productivity, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the CTO, you will align engineering, operations, and compliance, establishing policy-driven controls and measurable business

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in technology program management.
• 3+ years driving enterprise-wide technical transformation programs.
• Experience operationalizing governance programs within regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of modern generative AI, LLMs, and associated risks.
• Familiarity with API gateways, IAM, DLP, and cloud network access policies.
• Exceptional communication across cross-functional executives.

Aufgaben

• Architect and lead enterprise AI governance, policy, and controls.
• Own AI model registry and sanctioned tool portfolio.
• Manage risk reviews, artifacts, and regulatory inquiries.
• Oversee AI FinOps, token budgets, and cost optimization.
• Drive enterprise adoption programs and KPI-driven roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships and enterprise licensing terms.
• Lead enablement, training, and AI culture initiatives.
