Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Product Senior Lead for Sales AI Infrastructure to define and execute tooling strategy powering Sales AI initiatives across Connect AI. You will partner with Sales, gTech, Product, and Finance to build scalable, fast, high-velocity tooling supporting advertiser success.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set roadmaps, measure outcomes, and drive AI-driven optimization within the GTM Ops organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 8 years of experience in product or program management.
• 5 years of experience with product lifecycle management.
• 3 years of experience in internal or executive communications.
• Experience with system design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with gTech, Sales, Product, and Finance, aligning with Director and VP-level stakeholders to synchronize requirements for annual planning.
• Power the Sales AI quality program, delivering structured evaluation dashboards that leverage autorater outputs to improve model accuracy.
• Set the strategic tool and platform goal, translating business asks and quantified business cases into prioritized technical roadmaps.
• Enable the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), governing agentic skills while analyzing datasets, like AI transcripts, to find growth opportunities.
• Estimate and measure the operational and business impact of new features, processes, and systemic experiences.
