Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Direct experience with platform or infrastructure work.
• Working fluency in AI/ML systems and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a holistic and full stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with global teams.
• Grow the organization by hiring, structuring teams, and developing AI leaders.
• Model and drive a new way of working using the latest AI tooling to plan, review, and ship software.
• Own the technology strategy and roadmaps for agentic orchestration and related components.
• Set operating rhythm with program and product partners and measure progress.
• Partner with Research and Design to shorten the loop from cutting edge to production.
