Job summary

Adobe in California seeks a visionary Senior Director of Product Management to define the strategy for our enterprise Data Platforms, serving thousands of employees across functions and powering AI-enabled experiences.

You will own the multi-year roadmap for data collection, governance, lakehouse layers, analytics, and AI safety, partnering with engineering and analytics to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing products in cloud-native data platforms, AI/ML platforms, analytics, or agentic AI systems.
• Deep exposure to modern lakehouse architectures like Databricks on Azure and AWS or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with data platform use cases, data engineering, AI development, real-time systems, and agentic practices.
• Proven experience with AI data governance (catalogs, ontologies, lineage, access control, responsible AI safety).
• Strong understanding of platform architecture: telemetry, pipelines, observability, metadata, experimentation, agent orchestration, scalable multi-cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Craft and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for Adobe’s Data Platforms.
• Own a bold multi-year roadmap to improve reuse, velocity, trust, and leverage enterprise-wide.
• Prioritize high-leverage opportunities and translate complex needs into clear direction and metrics.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to define direction, prototypes, and scalable design.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to accelerate adoption and value.
