Job summary

Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including significant time leading engineering organizations through ambiguity and change
• Direct experience with platform or infrastructure work
• Working fluency in AI/ML systems, including evals, context management, and model gateways
• Technical depth with agentic frameworks and operational patterns for managing them at scale
• Track record of building or substantially reshaping an engineering organization, including hiring, structuring teams, and developing leaders
• Comfort influencing progress with a platform in a shifting technical landscape
• Strong cross-functional influence and ability to drive platform adoption across global teams
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire teams and express a compelling vision
