Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our agentic engineering platform. You will own the platform end-to-end, setting the vision, aligning teams, and driving measurable outcomes for thousands of agents and developers.

You will translate AI trends into strategic product decisions, influence across engineering and business partners, and build a scalable foundation for agent-generated code.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with, and enthusiasm for, AI.
• Track record of motivating change through influence across engineering, business and cross-functional partners.
• Strong technical foundation to engage with engineers on platform architecture, AI/ML concepts, and systems thinking.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in platform/infrastructure or developer-facing products.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic tooling and concepts (e.g., LLM-based agents, MCP, evals, observability).

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic development platform end-to-end, setting vision and measurable outcomes.
• Define a platform roadmap by identifying engineering use cases and aligning with executives.
• Develop and deliver agentic-first, autonomous development solutions for engineers today.
