Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior Product Leader to set multi-year direction for data platform and AI/ML products. You will shape platform strategy with senior engineers, guide a team of PMs, and represent the product voice to Directors and VPs.

The role combines enterprise data strategy with cutting-edge GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent systems. Hybrid US-based work arrangement with executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or Data/Analytics.
• 8+ years in product management for data platforms, AI/ML, or enterprise analytics infra.
• Experience owning multi-product portfolios and leading PMs or BAs.
• Exceptional portfolio prioritisation and OKR-driven roadmapping.
• Proficiency in agile delivery and tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Miro).
• Experience with lakehouse, data mesh, pipelines, data cataloguing, lineage, quality, and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle: model tooling, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, GenAI apps, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Define AI-ready data product requirements: embeddings, feature stores, versioned training data, and evaluation frameworks.
• Champion Responsible AI practices: bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance with NIST, GxP, and EU AI Act.
• Own data platform products: ingestion pipelines, lakehouse layers, data cataloguing, lineage, quality, and self-service analytics.
• Lead analytics/BI product development: semantic layers, metrics catalogs, and data marts for Tableau/Power BI.
• Drive data governance strategy: metadata management, data classification, access control and GDPR/GxP compliance.
