Spring Health is a global mental health company building an AI-native platform to remove barriers to care. As Senior Software Engineer I in a hybrid SF role, you will own full-stack experiences enabling members to discover and engage with Specialty Care, guiding growth through rapid experimentation and responsible AI usage.

You will lead multi-person projects, review designs, mentor engineers, and ensure security and performance while partnering with product, design, and data teams to turn

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience leading technical designs and multi-person engineering projects.
• Active use of AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Codex) and iterating prompts for quality and security.
• Experience building full-stack applications.

Responsabilités

• Write, review, and optimize production-ready code daily with high quality.
• Lead technical design reviews and produce designs as primary author.
• Use AI tools to support design and accelerate delivery while ensuring security and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Own operational excellence: logging, alerting, monitoring, and incident analysis.
• Design and iterate full-stack experiences to support growth and retention.
• Collaborate with product/design/data to turn hypotheses into experiments and ship iterative changes.
