Spring Health is seeking a Lead PM, AI Safety and Platform to drive the roadmap for AI Trust & Safety and the AI/ML Platform. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define safety standards, and influence how Spring Health ships AI features safely and effectively.

You will partner with engineering and data science to scope work, define success metrics, and establish governance for production AI deployments across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management focused on ML/AI systems.
• Experience shaping tooling/technical strategy behind GenAI.
• Partner with engineering to ship scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience running continuous discovery with internal users.
• Strong AI/ML fluency and understanding of model lifecycles.
• Experience defining goals for model evaluation and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and strategy across AI/ML Platform and AI Trust & Safety pods.
• Run continuous discovery with cross-functional teams to surface AI use cases.
• Prioritize investments based on business impact and platform safety.
• Measure impact of platform investments to guide future work.
• Drive strategy for responsibly leveraging clinical data assets.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists on scope and success metrics.
• Define operational gates and rollout plans for AI features.
