Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, product management, or software engineering.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary organizations at Director level or above.
• Strong technical grounding in modern AI architectures (LLM/agent patterns) and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• First-principles product mindset focused on simplifying workflows, rapid prototyping, and outcome ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product and engineering roadmap across Finance, HR, and Legal domains, aligning investments with high-value business outcomes.
• Partner with CFO, HR, and Legal to challenge existing processes and redesign future-state operating models.
• Deliver production-grade agents and AI-native workflows that use trusted context and enterprise tools to complete multi-step work and provide auditable explanations.
• Establish a product-led operating model with co-ownership of strategy, adoption, reliability, controls, and value realization.
• Build scalable AI patterns and modular platforms to enable fast deployment of agentic capabilities.
• Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class product and engineering team with strong AI fluency and operational excellence.
• Manage portfolio budgets, vendor strategies, and technology partnerships to accelerate outcomes.
