Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead AI/ML platforms across real-time information systems. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large, scalable programs and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and business leaders to translate concepts into production systems.

You will help grow the TPM discipline, mentor peers, and ensure execution with accountability and impact across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience building data-intensive solutions and distributed systems.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and with cloud architectures.
