Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Director, Technical Program Management to lead AI/ML platforms spanning training, inference, and production lifecycles. You will partner with researchers, engineers, and business leaders to translate ideas into reliable, real-time data products across lines of business.

You will help grow the TPM discipline, mentor peers, and drive execution with a systems-thinking approach in a regulated financial technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience designing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• Experience building distributed systems and highly available services in the cloud (AWS)
• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience
• 5+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience in regulated environments
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML platforms across training, inference, and monitoring lifecycles
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, business leaders and stakeholders to move AI initiatives to production
