Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience building distributed systems and cloud services (AWS preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with the AI/ML development lifecycle in a business-critical setting.
• 5+ years of leading TPM or engineering teams or influencing multiple organizations as an IC.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Industry impact through conferences, papers, or contributions.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic roadmap for enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Own executive communications on delivery status, risk, and architectural decisions to drive enterprise-wide technology alignment.
• Establish and scale TPM governance frameworks and OKR-based performance models across multiple domains.
• Influence investment prioritization and ensure platform decisions optimize for long-term agility, resilience and cost efficiency.
• Mentor and develop TPM leaders, fostering a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and delivery accountability.
