You will partner with analytics and global Insights teams, drive AI-enabled study design and vendor evaluation, establish AI governance, and coach managers across the Market Intelligence group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
• Market research experience in a commercial Biopharma company.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and stakeholder communications.
• Proven ability to influence decisions using market research results.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated AI governance experience within market research or insights functions.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with marketers to recommend and scope market research, leveraging AI tools.
• Manage ongoing market research projects to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Communicate core findings using AI-assisted synthesis for executive summaries.
• Collaborate with analytics, global Insights, and other groups to integrate data sources.
• Synthesize findings to develop brand opportunities for various forums and leadership reviews.
• Progress capabilities by identifying emerging methodologies and AI governance frameworks.
• Lead AI-assisted vendor evaluation and proposal scoring for efficient investment.
• Drive customer journey and patient pathway work using AI to map journeys.
• Manage market research budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives with AI-enabled efficiencies.
