Job summary

IREN, a leader in AI infrastructure, seeks a Senior Director to own end-to-end capacity and S&OP for AI cloud data centers. You will integrate demand forecasts with GPU/server ramp plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and translate capital plans into site-level capacity and deployment timelines.

The role requires 15+ years in data center planning with 5+ in leadership, deep hardware lifecycle knowledge, and hands-on use of DCIM and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data center capacity planning, supply chain planning, or infrastructure planning.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
• Deep knowledge of GPU/compute hardware lifecycles, lead times, and ramp forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive RTB centralized procurement operations bridging execution with engineering, demand planning, and finance.
• Streamline PR-to-PO pipeline and CLM to minimize cycle times and ensure policy compliance.
• Execute Third-Party Risk Management and vendor governance for extended workforce partners.
• Own supplier onboarding and enable Accounts Payable with accurate supplier records for invoicing.
• Operate and improve procurement systems (P2P, CLM) and champion GenAI-enabled workflows.
• Drive cost optimization and cost avoidance across indirect procurement spend.
• Oversee indirect procurement in non-BOM categories like contingent workforce and software licensing.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews on spend, health, SLA performance and variances.
