IREN is seeking a Senior Director of HPC Deployment at Scale to lead high-volume GPU and HPC deployments across data centers. The role requires driving execution, standardization, and automation to meet aggressive capacity commitments while maintaining quality and reliability across multiple sites.

You will build and lead a large organization spanning deployment, networking, and operations, ensuring production readiness and tight coordination with NPI/FOAK and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure, HPC, cloud, data center, or large-scale distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end execution of large-scale GPU/HPC deployments across data centers.
• Overall deployment planning, readiness, and site coordination for multiple deployments.
• Maintain engineering standards: reference architectures, BOMs, topology, firmware/software versions.
• Drive automation and production-ready delivery, with measurable quality gates.
• Lead a large, multidisciplinary organization spanning deployment, networking, and site leadership.
