IREN is seeking a Network Engineering Manager (AI HPC) to lead the US network engineering team across multiple data center builds. You will hire, mentor, and set the standards that enable rapid, reliable GPU capacity expansion.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in large-scale data center networks, collaboration with program managers, construction, electrical and operations teams, and clear communication with senior leaders about risk and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering with 3+ years managing engineers.
• Proven track record in developing engineers and teams.
• Experience growing a technical team via structured hiring and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Lead a US team of ~12 network engineers; set goals and provide feedback.
• Own US team hiring; structure interviews and assessments; close strong candidates.
• Build a learning culture with design reviews, blameless post-incident reviews, and certifications.
• Plan capacity across concurrent builds and cross-train across sites.
• Deliver network designs for AI data center builds with BOMs and configurations.
