Crusoe is seeking a senior Capacity Planning & Efficiency leader to govern the end-to-end planning system across GPU, compute, storage, network, and data center power. You will reconcile demand with supply, drive long-range planning, and own the planning calendar with Finance, Product, and Operations.

You will build models, run IBP/S&OP cycles, and translate commitments into actionable forecasts, influencing capital allocation and utilization in a fast-growing, climate-conscious environment.

Formación

• 8+ years in infrastructure capacity planning or technical program management.
• Broad fluency across compute, storage, network, and power constraints.
• Lead times, supplier allocation, buffer strategy experience.
• Capex/opex planning experience with finance teams.
• Strong modeling in Excel/Sheets with clear assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-year capacity planning across GPU, compute, storage, network, and power.
• Run the IBP/S&OP cycle end to end with demand and supply reviews.
• Maintain a live model of binding constraints and mitigation actions.
• Own the allocation framework for demand vs capacity when supply is tight.
• Design the plan of record and operating calendar across teams.
• Translate demand, backlog, ramp into resource forecasts.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.
