Job summary

IREN, a leading AI Cloud Service Provider, seeks a Senior Program Manager to establish global PLM/PDM systems and tools. You will drive the definition, structure and deployment supporting a Tier 1 ERP buildout, working across Quality, Hardware, Sourcing, IT and Supply Chain to capture requirements and implement scalable processes.

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Systems and AI Enablement, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and document new procedures to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementation of PLM/PDM/QMS tools from requirements gathering, item and BOM structures, vendor evaluation and selection, to data migration and post go-live support.
• Manage program scope, schedule and budget, and influence cross-functional team.
• Translate business requirements into systems capabilities, configurations, and solution designs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering from stakeholders and develop user stories.
• Coordinate test script and test plan development for SIT and UAT.
• Manage test pass/fail status and coordinate bug resolution.
• Own adoption and sustainment of tools and define success metrics.
• Document to-be business processes and coordinate user training.
• Regularly communicate program status to stakeholders and executives.
