Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years leading technologists to manage complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-team programs at scale and on schedule.
• Deep expertise across API design, cloud, CI/CD, container orchestration, event streaming, observability, and security.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of AI-enabled engineering operating models.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Sets and scales multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools to drive cross-domain reuse and capacity unlock outcomes.
• Provides leadership to teams while overseeing employee populations across platforms and lines of business.
• Interfaces with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus.
• Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
