Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
• Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus, balancing speed, risk, resiliency, and cost-to-serve outcomes.
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation to drive firmwide objectives, including standards for AI-orchestrated workflows and release governance.
• Drive cloud-native platform modernization across teams, including Kubernetes-based enablement and production readiness practices.
• Lead infrastructure-as-code adoption and portfolio standards using Terraform for repeatable, compliant provisioning.
• Define and enforce multi-region cloud architecture patterns to improve availability, resiliency, and recovery objectives.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to increase engineering throughput and reliability, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Partner with security to strengthen cloud IAM design and least-privilege access with auditable approvals.
• Establish resilience engineering programs and incident response acceleration including chaos engineering tooling where authorized.
• Provide leadership across teams and act as interface with senior leaders, driving cross-product collaboration.
