Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director to lead within the Business and Technology Insights group. The role focuses on producing must-have insights and guiding clients with actionable AI and market strategies.

Responsibilities include creating high-impact content, mentoring junior staff, and representing Gartner insights at events and client briefings globally. A senior leader with deep AI expertise will drive research and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years in a relevant field with at least 2 years AI strategy experience.
• Technical expertise for architecture in AI, data, applications or infrastructure.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven written and verbal communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across a global team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged 'must-have insights' content.
• Develop new insights through thought leadership to address client needs and requests.
• Bring provocative, independent insights that influence Gartner's research agenda.
• Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face meetings.
